Dr. Kelsey Cherepuschak, Physician

Dr. Kelsey Cherepuschak, is a compassionate physician board certified in both Family and Preventive Medicine with further specialization in Lifestyle Medicine. She partners with patients to pursue lasting wellness through evidence-based lifestyle approaches, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and meaningful behavior change—always tailored to each individual’s goals and circumstances.

Dr. Kelsey earned her medical degree and Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University.  She also completed her residency through Loma Linda University in a combined Family and Preventive Medicine training program at a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Bernardino. Her experience spans clinical practice, public health, education, and service in diverse and underserved communities. In addition to caring for patients, she has contributed to training future physicians as Co-Thread Director for Lifestyle and Preventive Medicine at Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Patients appreciate Dr. Kelsey’s thoughtful listening, collaborative style, and whole-person approach to care. She focuses not only on treating illness, but on helping individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term vitality and resilience. Whether managing chronic conditions, improving metabolic health, or working toward optimal wellness, she is committed to walking alongside patients every step of the way.
