The Front Desk Specialist is an integral member of our primary care team, providing exceptional patient service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, collaborative medical office.

• Serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience in person and by phone.
• Manages a variety of front-office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of patient needs.
• Works across departments to assist with referrals, medical records, release-of-information requests, and other administrative functions typically handled by specialized departments in larger practices.
• Collaborates closely with medical assistants, providers, and fellow front desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
• Uses initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills to address patient needs and keep office processes moving smoothly.
• Thrives in a small-team environment where flexibility, cross-training, teamwork, and a willingness to help wherever needed are essential.

Education, Training & Experience

Hard-working, dependable team players who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply! No specific education or prior experience is required. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Familiarity with a medical office is helpful, but not required.
